A new track from Neil Young and Crazy Horse "Rainbow Of Colors" is available to stream, this is a prelude to their forthcoming album "Colorado".
The album is due to be released on October 25th, this latest new song follows the lead single, "Milky Way", the first record from the band in seven years as well as a first with Nils Lofgren, bassist Billy Talbot and drummer Ralph Molina since guitarist Frank Sampedro retired.
The album was recorded at the Studio In The Clouds facility located outside the Colorado ski resort of Telluride. Its a follow-up to the band's 2012's "Americana" and "Psychedelic Pill" and this new release will be supported by a film project entitled "Mountaintop Sessions.”
According to Antimusic, Young confirmed that the film "will be released in over 100 theatres world-wide the week our album debuts in October."
This latest album "Colorado" will be available via CD, digital and streaming services, as well as in a 2LP set that includes three sides plus a 7" exclusive two-sided single not on the album: the live solo version of "Rainbow Of Colors" and "Truth Kills." Listen to the new song below:
