One half of the new Colm & Lucy Breakfast Show on Radio NOVA is helping celebrate 30 years of ISPCC Childline with Juvi Designs who have created a limited edition pendant, with all proceeds going towards the essential work of Ireland’s only 24-hour listening service for children and young people.

The Juvi ISPCC Empowerment Pendant, €95, is on sale now while stocks last in Arnotts Dublin and online from juvidesigns.com

“I'm delighted to be involved with my good friends at ISPCC Childline, you can never give enough to a children's charity so I hope that people will support ISPCC Childline by purchasing this beautiful necklace and help to raise vital funds for children and young people in Ireland,” said Radio NOVA’s Lucy Kennedy, as ambassador for the campaign.

The Juvi ISPCC Empowerment Pendant features a luminous freshwater pearl cradled in a gorgeous sterling silver surround which hangs delicately alongside a sterling silver disc engraved with a unique oak tree symbol.

The oak tree engraving symbolises growth and empowering children to believe in themselves and their ability to cope with life’s challenges. Meanwhile, Juvi’s choice of a pearl as the featured gemstone in the piece was due to its renown as a symbol of purity and innocence, as well as its legendary ability to provide protection over children against negative energies.

The combined meaning behind these elements in Juvi’s design make the pendant the perfect piece to reflect the support and commitment of the ISPCC to every child and young person in Ireland.

“Childline volunteers and staff have been answering children’s calls for 30 years. It is wonderful to have this celebrated in Juvi’s creation of a unique and beautiful 30th anniversary pearl pendant. Each purchase will go towards helping ensure Childline can continue to be there for children 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, into the next 30 years and beyond,” said ISPCC CEO Grainia Long.
