A man has been caught driving under the influence of cannabis in Dublin, after blowing smoke into the direction of a Garda. The cannabis was detected when the driver blew smoke outside his window towards a member of the Blanchardstown Roads Policing Unit.
He was stopped in West Dublin after an officer on a motorbike noticed a "strong smell" of the drug coming from the car.
When the man was pulled over by the Garda motorcyclist, he tested positive for cannabis. Blanchardstown Roads Policing Unit says the man will appear in court at a later date.
