Gardaí in west Dublin are appealing for witnesses after a man who was hospitalised with serious injuries after being found injured in a park in Tallaght died today.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination after the man in his 40s, was reportedly found in a critical condition.
He was discovered at Sean Walsh Park by a passer by who raised the alarm shortly before 8am this morning.
The man was rushed to Tallaght hospital where he was treated for his injuries, before he passed away.
Gardai are trying to establish how the man recieved his injuries which led to his death.
