A man charged with the murder of a Croatian national has been sent forward for trial.
31 year old carpenter Josip Strok died after he suffered head injuries on March 30th.
On July 6th, 43 year old Mark Lee, of no fixed abode, became the third person to be charged with the murder.
The Croatian, lived in Dublin and died in hospital four days after he was allegedly attacked.
Mr Lee was also accused of assault causing harm to Mr. Strok's friend, 28 year old David Druzinecon.
Following adjournments sought by the prosecution, the accused appeared again at Blanchardstown District Court.
Judge David McHugh agreed to the DPP’s request to grant a return-for-trial order, sending Mr. Lee, who is on bail, forward to the Central Criminal Court.
Two other men are before the courts charged in connection with the death of Mr Strok - they're due back in court later this month.
