Captain Vincent Kompany, hoisted the trophy up into the air for the third time in his career. When Kompany joined City in 2008, he could have barely thought that he would end up a three-time Premier League-winning skipper!
We shared points with a strong opponent today. But most importantly: we shared a trophy with you guys! Dedication and team work were the base. Our fans are the topping. 🏆🔵 @mancity #mancity #cityvhudds pic.twitter.com/irspLRkroZ

But the best could be yet to come for City, as they try to turn a historic season into a decade-long spell of football domination.
