It’s the news that fast food lovers were waiting for!
And this morning McDonald’s released the six drive-thru restaurants in Dublin that will reopen from 11am this morning.
They are Nutgrove (Rathfarnham), Kylemore Road, East Wall, Artane, Malahide Road and Tallaght.
The restaurants will be serving a “limited menu” and customers are being encouraged to pay by contactless payment with a cap of €30 per vehicle.
Perspex screens have been placed in key locations in the kitchen and service areas and additional training on cleanliness practices, including increased frequency of handwashing and extra sanitising of touchpoints are just some of the measures that have been introduced.
McDonald’s next phase of reopening their restaurants is believed to come into effect in June.
