CCTV Footage of events at a murder scene last year have been shown at the Special Criminal Court.

Three men deny Tristan Sherry’s murder last Christmas Eve at Browne's Steakhouse.

Meanwhile, three others have pleaded not guilty to violent disorder.

Mr. Sherry died after he shot Jason Hennessy senior, before being attacked himself.

Garda Declan Meehan told the court today, he arrived at the restaurant on Christmas Eve after reports of a shooting.

There, he saw a man who he thought was Tristan Sherry being carried out on a trolley after treatment by paramedics.

He added he couldn’t be sure because his injuries were so severe.

Also giving evidence, Garda Dermot Sloan said he got to the restaurant and witnessed Mr. Sherry being treated.

He added chairs were upturned, and he had retrieved CCTV footage which he says contained evidence of Jason Hennessy senior being shot, and  Tristan Sherry’s being attacked.
