Mick Fleetwood is going to release a live album commemorating this week's tribute concert for his fellow bandmate and Fleetwood Mac co-founder, Peter Green.
The recording of Tuesday's sold-out show, at the London Palladium, features a list of credits that's a Who's Who rock. There's Mick Fleetwood, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons (like you’ve never heard him before), David Gilmour, Pete Townshend.
The list goes on with Steven Tyler, Noel Gallagher, Bill Wyman, John Mayall, Neil Finn (Fleetwood Mac III), Andy Fairweather Low, Christine McVie, Ringo Starr’s son Zak Starkey, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and loads more. Here’s the trailer of the rehearsals for the epic show:
Louder reports that the four-LP, two-CD and Blu-ray deluxe set, priced at $194.99 and due on Oct. 19, will include audio from the concert on vinyl and CDs, with a documentary featuring concert and interview footage on the Blu-ray.
