The new Amy Winehouse biopic is to feature music from Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, its has been confirmed.
The pair are to score for the film 'Back To Black', which will tell the story of the life of late singer Amy Winehouse, focusing on her unique talent for song writing, along with her life in Camden High Street, and becoming a global superstar.
'Back To Black' will also see Marisa Abela star as Amy Winehouse, with Skins star Jack O'Connell playing the singer's husband Blake Fielder-Civil, with Eddie Marsan portraying the role of Mitch Winehouse, Amy's father.

In a press release from Studio Canal, director Sam Taylor-Johnson said that Nick Cave and Warren Ellis were the "only musicians" in her mind for the biopic's score.
“Over the years, I’ve listened to everything they’ve composed and longed to realize the dream of working together. Their sensibility as well as understanding of this story has led to a profoundly deep and moving film score", Taylor-Johnson said in a statement.
According to the press release, Cave and Ellis have started scoring this week, with a photo of the pair working in the studio with Taylor-Johnson shared online.
Reports also suggest that the pair have tracked 20 to 30 minutes of music for this score.
'Back To Black' will also have access to Winehouse's catalogue, which includes 'Rehab' and 'Valerie'.
'Back To Black' is to be released in the UK on 12 April this year.
