It doesn't look like all was quiet on New Year's Day for U2.
Just two weeks into 2014 and Bono and the boys have been very busy: playing their first gig since Glastonbury 2011, picking up an award and getting set to release their 13th studio album.
U2 made a surprise return to the stage for a mini-set of 'I Will Follow', 'Desire', and 'Vertigo' at a Haiti benefit in L.A. last weekend.
This week, they picked up a Golden Globe for Best Original Song for 'Ordinary Love' - their song from the soundtrack to Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom.
Rumour has it Bono was chatting about U2's forthcoming album at a post-Globes party and fans can expect the first single very soon.
The track 'Invisible' is due out in a matter of weeks, while the album is expected to be released in June.
