Trent Reznor said that he was “ready to depart” Twitter in a recent interview with Hollywood Reporter, because of Elon Musk’s involvement.
The Nine Inch Nails Frontman called Musk out by saying “We don’t need the arrogance of the billionaire class to feel like they can just come in and solve everything”.
However he said it is more than Elon’s involvement, “Even without him involved, I just find that it has become such a toxic environment. For my mental health, I need to tune out. I don’t feel good being there anymore”.
Whilst responding to a tweet regarding Donald Trump’s return to Twitter, Elon Musk decided to target Trent Reznor, calling the musician a “crybaby”.
Elon Musk responded to another tweet from a fan of the band who was defending Trent Reznor by calling him “the best musician ever”, by saying “I like his music tbh, but maybe Etsy is more his style”.
