Oasis could be set to make “more than £400 million” from their recently announced comeback tour.

The Britpop legends announced a major reunion tour, where they will perform across the UK and Ireland, including two shows at Croke Park next August.

Noel and Liam Gallagher confirmed this news, with this tour taking them to Cardiff, London, Manchester, and Edinburgh.

Tickets for these shows will also go up on sale this Saturday 31 August at 8am.

Oasis Set To Make Big Bucks From Reunion

Now, Professor John Shalit who is the chairman of talent agency InterTalent, has said that Noel and Liam Gallagher look set to pocket over £50 million from this reunion.

“With tickets, sponsorship, merchandise and filming, I would predict an income for Noel and Liam of over £50 million each”, Shalit said.

He also suggested that this tour could be worth a seismic amount of money.

“This is a tour that could easily gross over £400 million”, he said.

This announcement was also greeted with countless reactions from Oasis fans on social media, including Creation Records co-founder Alan McGee, who signed the band to the label in 1993.

McGee also wrote it was “Good for them” and “good for us”.

Another fan also added: “The biggest band in the world are back”, with another Oasis lover writing: “not sure my bank account will survive this”.
