Alan McGee has said that he doesn't think Oasis will reform next year.

Reports have consistently appeared in recent months claiming that the band would get back together to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album, 'Definitely Maybe'.

When asked if he thinks Oasis will ever come back, McGee, who signed the band to his Creation label in 1993 told the BBC: "Yeah, I think they'll come back at some point. I don't think it's going to be next year or anything. If they get back together I'm sure it would be for a mega bucks tour."
Noel Gallagher has consistently rubbished reports of a lucrative reunion tour – but admitted he might consider it if he was broke.

"Maybe people keep thinking if that if they say it, it will eventually happen. It’s not going to happen," he said. "Unless they’re doing it without me, but without me it would be rubbish… One can never say never, because one might be skint. But I’ve got no intention. I’m not interested."

Noel's brother Liam told NME last year that he would be interested in "burying the hatchet for a lap of honour" for Oasis, who split in 2009 following a fight between the siblings before the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.
