Oasis have announced plans to re-release a vinyl reissue of 'Some Might Say', to celebrate the single's 30th anniversary.

The band, who announced these plans on social media, are to release a special limited edition collector's pearl-coloured, numbered 7" vinyl of 'Some Might Say'. It is a release which will also include remastered versions of 'Some Might Say' on the A side, as well as 'Talk Tonight' on the B side.

According to the description, the record will “celebrate the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ seminal” first single from ‘…Morning Glory’. Pre order this reissue here.

The track earned Oasis its maiden number one in the UK charts, following its release on 24 April 1995 as the first preview of the band's album, '(What's The Story)' Morning Glory?'. The track also came with two of their most celebrated B sides -  ‘Talk Tonight’ and ‘Acquiesce’ – along with ‘Headshrinker'.

It was also the last recording to feature Oasis drummer, Tony McCarroll, who was later replaced by Alan White ahead of their second performance of the track on Top Of The Pops.

Earlier this month, Oasis announced their full line up ahead of their highly anticipated reunion tour. Find out full details on this from Nova here.
