It appears the klaxon has been sounded on an end of November General Election.
The Green Party leader said today that he would be pushing for the nation to go to the polls on November 29th.
Roderic O'Gorman was speaking as a new housing development was launched in Dublin 15.
The Integration Minister said the public are getting fed up with the constant speculation.
“I think the 29th is the date to go,” he said, adding he has yet to discuss the date with the other leaders of the Coalition." Minister O'Gorman said.
“I am starting to get the sense people are getting a little tired, maybe, of the ‘will they, won't they?’"
“Probably now is the time to give some degree of certainty to the Irish people in terms of the election date,” he added.
“I'll be meeting the Coalition with the two coalition leaders on Monday. What I'll be saying to them is that I think we need to give clarity."
