During a rescue mission in space, Jean Grey is nearly killed when she is hit by a mysterious cosmic force. Once she returns home, this force not only makes her infinitely more powerful, but far more unstable.
This 12th cinematic installment of the X-men franchise has mind blowing special effects, so good they hurt my eyes at one point! Set in the early 90's I really enjoyed where this movie took the story and the star studded cast who told me this may or may not be the last of the franchise...
Also starring Sophie Turner, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Jessica Chastain X-MEN DARK PHOENIX gets ★★★★ from me
