More than 150,000 people could move to Dublin in the next three years, depending on the severity of Brexit.

A new study has found that the sharp increase would put even more pressure on the city’s housing market.

Dublin’s population grew by 27,000 between 2011 and 2016.

Fianna Fail Senator Catherine Ardagh has commented that the capital has to be ready to benefit from Brexit.
