Ozzy Osbourne has dismissed claims that he has died.

The Black Sabbath star addressed such claims during a 'New Year Special' episode of The Osbournes podcast, insisting that he is "not going any-f******-where".

"I'm not dead!"

Addressing these bizarre claims regarding his alleged demise, Ozzy Osbourne said, “The thing on YouTube, it’s got ‘Celebrities Who Died Today’, and there’s a picture of me".

Humorously referring to Monty Python, Ozzy also added, “I’m not dead! I’m not really dead, just a little flesh wound".

The singer's wife, Sharon Osbourne, also blasted the sources of this misinformation, branding them "sick f******".

Jack Osbourne, Ozzy and Sharon's son, also praised fans for calling out the publications who reported Ozzy's death, with his father adding, “I’m not dead, I’m not going any-f******-where. And I’m gonna go and do some more gigs before I’m finished, anyway".

In fact, Osbourne has previously stated that he intends to record a new album in 2024, adding that he hopes to reunite with producer Andrew Watt, who had previously produced the Prince of Darkness' Grammy winning album Patient Number 9.

“I’m just starting to work on it now, and we’ll be recording in the early part of next year,” explained Ozzy at the time. “I want to take my time with this one!”.

Earlier this month, another episode of the family's podcast also saw Ozzy Osbourne say that he would be "open" to using guitar riffs, generated by AI, and inspired by the late Randy Roads for his upcoming solo material.
