Phoebe Gates the daughter of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is dating Paul McCartney’s grandson, Arthur Donald.
Rumours of this relationship were first reported after Phoebe who is the youngest daughter of Bill Gates and ex wife Melinda French, shared a photo of the pair in Paris in October last year, with the caption “Paris on film”.
This was confirmed after a photo diary was published by Phoebe Gates to commemorate her recent graduation from Stanford University.
Gates shared a series of images of her graduation day, which included her boyfriend Arthur.
Alongside a photo of Arthur giving her a piggyback ride, Phoebe Gates added: “My boyfriend, Arthur, giving me a lift post-ceremony”.
In another photo of the pair embracing, aspiring fashion and tech entrepreneur Phoebe wrote: “With Arthur, he cleans up nicely”.

News of his daughter’s relationship comes three years after Bill Gates and Melinda French announced their plans to divorce after 27 years of marriage.
The couple share three children, two daughters Jennifer aged 28 and 21 year old Phoebe, alongside 25 year old son Rory.
At the time, Bill Gates released this statement.
Gates wrote that they decided to separate following a “great deal thought and a lot of work”.
Adding that they had raised their “three incredible children” and helped people through their philanthropy work, Gates also added, “We continue to share a belief in that mission and will continue our work at the foundation, but we no longer believe we can grow together as a couple in this next phase of our lives”.
“We ask for space and privacy for our family as we begin to navigate this new life”, he concluded.
The couple formalised the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 2000. They also put in $45 billion addressing major global issues, like gender equality and poverty.
