Pearl Jam have received criticism following a recent concert poster showed the White House on fire, with President Trump’s rotting corpse being devoured by a bald eagle on the White House lawn. There's photos of the poster below...
The poster was designed by Pearl Jam’s bassist Jeff Ament and artist Bobby Brown, for the grunge legend’s show in Missoula, Montana on Monday night, August 13th. However, the illustration of Donald Trump has proven to be a real sore point of contention. That’s because the rock concert at the Washington-Grizzly Stadium was also a money fundraiser for the re-election campaign of the opposing Democrat Senator Jon Tester.
Matt Rosendale is a republican politician and he’s looking to unseat Tester as senator. He called the poster “disgusting and reprehensible”. adding, “It’s time for @JonTester to denounce this act of violence and blatant display of extremism".
Fox News’ Chad Pergram said the “Campaign of GOP MT Senate candidate Matt Rosendale on Pearl Jam concert art: Jon Tester has shown he will stand w/the far-left. This poster from Pearl Jam is disgusting...It depicts a dead President Trump & a burning WH. It’s time for Jon Tester to denounce this act of violence.”

Pearl Jam have yet to make a statement regarding the latest criticism, although lead singer Eddie Vedder has been an outspoken critic of President Trump in recent years. In July, the infamous giant floating balloon that depicted Donald Trump as a diaper-wearing baby was floated outside the band’s London show, only days after it floated next to Parliament.
