A pothole has become the centre of attention on the world wide web after people spotted the resemblance to Sir Paul McCartney. We at Nova Towers believe this is a rather dubious claim.
The dangerous looking break in the road was first noticed by the Lancashire Evening Post. The paper were the first to point out the likeness in appearance to the Beatle.
The NME is of the opinion that at first glance ‘the gravel surrounding the hole looks extremely similar to Macca’s famous mop-top hairstyle!’ The surrounding stones make up Macca’s eyebrows, eyes, mouth and his famous nose.
