Ringo Starr Unveils 2025 US Tour Plans

Ringo Starr, the ever-smiling ambassador of peace and love, has announced a fresh run of dates for his All-Starr Band in 2025, bringing his celebrated mix of classics and camaraderie to audiences across the United States.

The tour kicks off on June 12 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, before weaving through iconic cities like New York and Philadelphia and winding southward with multiple shows in Florida. The lineup remains unchanged, a testament to the chemistry of his current All-Starrs: Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart, Gregg Bissonette, and Buck Johnson. Starr is clearly delighted with the ensemble, saying, “I absolutely love playing live, and I love this band. It’s been so great playing with these guys; I just want to keep this lineup going and that’s why I haven’t changed the All-Starrs in a while.” Tickets for the tour go on sale starting Dec. 13.

Before the All-Starr tour hits the road, Starr will make two special solo appearances at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium on Jan. 14 and 15. These performances coincide with the release of his upcoming country album, Look Up, which lands just days earlier. The album sees Starr returning to his roots, blending his signature charm with a rich lineup of collaborators, including Alison Krauss, Billy Strings, and T Bone Burnett, who also serves as producer.

Originally envisioned as a country EP, the project blossomed into a full-length record when Burnett presented Starr with a trove of nine original songs. Starr reflected on the process, saying, “I had been making EPs at the time and so I thought we would do a country EP — but when [Burnett] brought me nine songs I knew we had to make an album... It was a joy making it, and I hope it is a joy to listen to.
