2,500 dancers will take to the quays in Dublin shortly, in an attempt to break the world record for the longest Riverdance line ever performed.
Dancers from Ireland, France, Brazil, the US and many more countries will perform the dance on Dublin’s George’s Quay.
The attempt is part of the Gathering Riverdance celebration, which is proving the lasting popularity of the dance, performed first at the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest.
