Now that we can slowly start heading out in a socially distant manner again, Roe & Co have adapted their Distillery experience to ensure they can welcome people back with a range of exciting offerings in the former Guinness Power Station in the heart of Dublin’s Liberties district.
As many tried their hand at bartending at home during lockdown, Roe & Co is now offering guests a chance to learn the ropes and refine their cocktail making skills. The Cocktail Workshop Experience, suitable for whiskey buffs and cocktail enthusiasts alike, is perfect for those looking for unique ways to reunite with friends. The Cocktail Workshop Experience can accommodate up to six people per session and is available to book here.
Those who prefer to leave the cocktail making to the professionals can secure a spot in either the showstopping Power House Bar or in the brand-new Cocktail Village.
Roe & Co have also teamed up with Niall Sabongi, who will bring his food truck experience, the Salty Buoy, to the Cocktail Village on Thursdays and Fridays from 4:30pm – 9pm. This exciting seafood experience serving lobster rolls, grilled prawns and hake kiev is available at €20 per person. All table bookings for the Power House Bar or Cocktail Village can be made on Roe & Co’s website here.
Nial Molloy, Experience Operations Manager at the Distillery said, “After closing our doors to the public back in March, we took the time as an opportunity to create something unique that delivered on people’s thirst for amazing experiences, right here in Ireland! By leaning into the areas that the distillery is most famous for – our spirit of reinvention and delicious cocktails – working with our friends like Niall Sabongi, we’re excited to welcome people to discover the distillery as the home of cocktail exploration!”
To help Roe & Co deliver a great experience, they are asking all guests to book online in advance. Unfortunately, they will not be able to accept walk-ups at this time, so make sure to secure your spot by booking online with the above links.
