David Crosby's involved in a police investigation after hitting a jogger with his car.
It happened at the weekend near Crosby's home in Santa Ynez, California.
The rocker was driving at 50mph, five miles under the speed limit, when he struck a 46 year old man who was out pounding the pavement.
The jogger had to be air-lifted to hospital with multiple fractures, abrasions and lacerations but his injuries aren't thought to be life threatening.
It's reported the singer, who turns 74 later this year, was temporarily blinded by the sun when the incident happened and has co-operated fully with police.
Crosby, Stills and Nash play the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin on September 16th as part of a European tour.
