Sharon Osbourne wife of the one and only Ozzy has said she wants “a complete unknown” to portray the rocker in a new film. The movie project will be a biopic about the couple’s enduring romance.
The film will concern itself with Sharon’s early years and her epic love affair with the legendary metalller.

Sharon told Variety that she would like Ozzy to be played by a relatively unknown actor. The film begins when herself and Ozzy first met and it concludes on the couples’ wedding day.
“It’s everything before we get married. It’s the madness of my childhood, growing up in the industry with a powerful father (Black Sabbath manager Don Arden), who was somewhat violent… And it’s Ozzy at a very young age. It’s Ozzy at 20.”

Sharon believes the biopic has the potential to send a strong message to women interested in being music aficionados and managers.
“There hasn’t been a movie about a woman that actually works on the management side – that’s a true story – and somebody that succeeds through the struggle and you come out the other side,”
