Stevie Nicks Has Made Rock And Roll History

Stevie Nicks has earned the special honour of becoming the first female to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on two occasions.

Nicks was originally inducted as a member of Fleetwood Mac back in 1998, Now, the singer will re-enter the Rock Hall on March 29th. Nicks’ moment in #history will take place at the New York Barclays Center alongside with Def Leppard, The Cure, Janet Jackson, Radiohead, Roxy Music and The Zombies.

The singer is delighted by the recognition of her solo career, which began with the release of her 1981 album, “Bella Donna.”

Nicks said on social media via Antimusic,

“I have a lot to say about this but I will save those words for later. For now I will just say, I have been in a band since 1968. To be recognized for my solo work makes me take a deep breath and smile. It’s a glorious feeling.” Read more here.
