It looks like the Dubs are taking a hit in the popularity stakes due to their success. Dublin supporters are least liked by people from Connacht and Ulster!
That's one of the findings of a new Lottoland survey which shows the whole country likes the Blue Army the least. The survey shows that 39% of adults think that Dublin has the least likeable fans while Cork are a distant second at 7%.
Allthough, Cork's fans are disliked the most by everybody else living in Munster and according to the Survey, Dubs fans can't stand the Kerry and Mayo fans.
Lottoland's Graham Ross said fans love a bit of healthy rivalry: "There’s no prouder nation when our sports teams, artists or business people are enjoying success on the global stage but strip it back and we just love a bit of good old fashioned local begrudgery."
Meanwhile, in the Leinster senior hurling championship round robin, late scores by Rory O'Connor and Harry Kehoe gave Wexford a 0-22 to 2-14 win over Dublin at Wexford Park. While in Nowlan Park it ended Kilkenny 2-19 Offaly 1-13.
