Genesis – Invisible Touch
Invisible Touch is the thirteenth studio album by the band Genesis, released in 1986. It reached No.1 in the UK where it remained in the charts for 96 weeks, making it by far the most commercially successful album of their career, being certified 6x platinum in the US and 4x platinum in the UK. It eventually sold over 15 million copies worldwide. It received generally favourable reviews from critics and produced five US Top 5 singles, including the title track which reached the No.1 spot on the US chart, the only song by Genesis to do so.
Alt-J Announce New Album Relaxer & Share New Song “3WW”
Alt-J have announced a new album called Relaxer, which is out June 9 via Canvasback Music. Relaxer is the follow-up to the band’s 2014 album, This Is All Yours. The announcement is accompanied by a new track called “3WW.” Check it out here. Their third album follows a string of successes surrounding their previous releases. Their debut album An Awesome Wave won the Mercury Music Prize in 2012. They were also nominated for three Brit Awards (British Breakthrough Act, British Album of the Year and British Group of the Year). This Is All Yours received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Alternative Music Album at the 57th Grammy Awards. During their 2015 tour, the band sold out Madison Square Garden.
Mumford And Sons Reveal Longitude Lineup
Longitude Festival returns to Dublin’s Marlay Park this summer. The festival is set to take place over the weekend of Friday July 14th to Sunday July 16th. A tweet was posted to the festivals twitter page last week confirming that some of the acts would be announced today. However it seems Mumford and Sons have jumped the Gun and announced themselves.
