Meat Loaf is one of the world’s most successful recording artists and one of its greatest performers ever. He will be returning to Ireland this May to bid a FINAL GOODBYE to his fans with his “Last At Bat” tour! He will play The Odyssey Arena on May 14 and The O2 Dublin May 17th.

Tickets from €58.70 including booking fee go on-sale this Friday at 9am and will be available to purchase from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

These very special dates will see the singer perform a spectacular two-act show.

The first act will include some of Meat Loaf’s greatest hits such as ‘Dead Ringer For Love’ and ‘I’d Lie For You (And That’s the Truth)’.

The second act will be the classic debut album ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ – with all 7 songs performed in their original order!

Since it’s release in 1977, the seminal record remains the third highest selling album of all time. It has sold more than 45 million copies and continues to sell around 200,000 copies each year. In fact, it has never left the charts in the UK!

In Meat’s own words, he is excited to get back to Europe and see everyone for one Last Bat. “When Jim and I first came together, we couldn’t have dreamt the profound effect 'Bat Out Of Hell' would have on both our lives, and the lives of our fans around the world.” With his unique voice and flamboyant stage presence, this show promises to be an exciting event. “I know the fans will enjoy the show as much as I enjoyed putting it together.”

"Like a Bat out of Hell, He'll be gone gone gone.."
