It was reported last week, that Prodigy lead singer, Keith Flint was discovered dead at his home in Essex on March 4th.
According to a coroner’s report via BBC News, Flint died as a result of hanging.
A toxicology report is being carried out and the results of that will be released as part of a complete hearing on July 23rd.
Police are not treating the punk rocker’s passing as suspicious and have ruled out any foul play.
Prodigy’s Liam Howlett wrote initially on social media confirming Flint’s death,
“The news is true. I can’t believe I’m saying this but our brother Keith took his own life over the weekend. I’m shell shocked, fuckin angry, confused and heart broken.”
The Prodigy have cancelled all upcoming shows as well as festival appearances.
