With Neil Young due to take to the stage tonight in the RDS, there’s a lot of excitement out there on Twitter in anticipation of the gig.
Last Monday’s set list from the gig in Newcastle in the UK has been tweeted, and if that’s anything to go by, fans can expect an amazing night tonight, with a great mix of classics, previously unreleased songs, and a few covers thrown in. The encore at that gig was a crowd-pleasing Rockin in the Free world.
Bon Jovi are also onstage in Slane tonight, and while some fans on twitter aren’t too sure they belong on the same stage, Bressie is very excited about opening for the legendary rockers. He’s been tweeting that he has the Old Spice and the Lynx Africa bought and his wranglers ironed in anticipation of playing the same venue as Bon Jovi.
The Gardai are warning fans going to both gigs to use public transport wherever possible, and there will be traffic management in place from this morning relating to both venues.
