U2 bassist Adam Clayton tied the knot this week to his girlfriend of four years, Brazilian model Mariana Teixeira.
Clayton proposed earlier this year in Brazil and the couple made it official at a registry office in Dublin, Ireland. In attendance was U2 guitarist The Edge and his wife, Morleigh Steinberg, though Bono and Larry were not among the 18 guests.
The Claytons will head to France this weekend for a three-day wedding reception at which they will be joined by more than 150 guests beginning on Friday.
Meanwhile album number 13 from U2 is due to be with us before year end.
