U2 Invite Tribute Band To Play With Them

At a recent gig in Toronto, U2 invited their very own tribute band on stage to play with them. The local tribute band Acrobat, were invited on stage by U2 to play one of their songs from the Rattle and Hum era.

While performing at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, U2 invited the tribute act onstage to play 'Desire' with them. U2 recently invited Jon Hier from another tribute band  Hollywood U2 onstage to sing 'The Sweetest Thing' at a show in Los Angeles.

U2 recently announced that they would be releasing a short film for their new single. The band will release the short film for 'Song for Someone' tomorrow, via Sundance TV. The video features Woody Harrelson as a prison inmate and also features his daughter Zoe Harrelson.

You can watch the video down below of the tribute band performing onstage with U2. Larry Mullen Jr. and Adam Clayton stepped off the stage for the song, with The Edge and Bono staying onstage for the performance.
