Gardai are now investigating a report of criminal damage involving graffiti on a city centre building in Dublin.
Officers say it happened on Capel Street last night and no arrests have yet been made.
The news comes after Panti Bliss shared a photo of the Etsy building painted with a homophobic slur, with an arrow pointing towards nearby Panti Bar.
The graffiti was removed this afternoon. Gardai have since revealed they are now investigating the incident.
There is CCTV of the graffiti incident last night and it was very clearly planned and premeditated, rather than a spur of the moment thing.

Reported for immediate removal to @DubCityEnviro in fairness I wouldnt be surprised if it’s gone already cause the lads move fast on offensive graffiti. This is disgusting, anyone writing offensive disgusting comments on a wall & pointing to Panti Bar are pathetic. https://t.co/vmptWCT6JM
