According to frontman David Lee Roth, Van Halen are currently planning a 60-strong tour to cover Europe.
Their last visit this direction, with Roth at the helm was in 1984, they played the UK Monsters of Rock tour.
Roth also vowed the decades-long wait would be worth it.
“Van Halen is very pure and uncut music” he states. “It’s a little like getting drunk on shots of really good Kentucky bourbon. It’s lead, bass, drums and howling at the moon. You’ll have a great night…but you probably won’t want to see us again for three years. You won’t want to see that bottle.”
The boys were on the radio in the US and revealed all..
Except if they’d be coming to Ireland or not?
Fingers crossed.
