A strange ice object is getting the attention across the globe. The circular object is a spinning ice disc that is roughly 91 metres wide.
The ice disc is located in the Presumpscot River in Greater Portland and has been likened to an alien spaceshift and the moon!
The galcial carousel and in Westbrook drew a crowd that were entranced by the slow revovling disc.
