Dave Grohl sang the classic Foos hit, ‘My Hero’ onstage with the doctor who patched up the rock legend’s broken leg after he endured a fall offstage at a previous show in Sweden.
Grohl spotted Dr Johan Sampson in the crowd at the Lollapalooza Stockholm festival while they were half way through the rock anthem.
Grohl shouted out, “There he is! Sing it to him!”. The frontman then asked the doctor on to the. Sampson. The keen medic crowd-surfed hos way onstage to sing the song alongside him.
Grohl broke his leg when he fell at a Foo Fighters show in Gothenburg in June 2015. He came back to finish the gig, but was forced to cancel following dates as a result.
