A new video has been shared from just before the Foo Fighters’ Super Saturday Night performance in Atlanta with a star packed line up rehearsing in a trailer!
It was shared on Instagram. There’s also a full video of the pre-Super Bowl show at the bottom of the page.
According to the NME, on the night, Foo Fighters were joined onstage by Queen‘s Roger Taylor as well as Morello at the show in Atlanta over the weekend.
The Foo’s were playing a Super Bowl warm up in the city with the Rage Against The Machine‘s guitarist and support came from Run The Jewels. Dave Grohl and co were paying a 19-song set of their hits and covers. The rockers had some super special guests throughout the evening.
While lashing through a cover of Queen’s ‘Under Pressure’, drummer Roger Taylor took to the stage to join in the cover of his band’s classic hit. Later on in the set during a cover of Black Sabbath‘s ‘War Pigs’ Tom Morello joined the band.
Then the Foo’s et al launched into a cover of ‘Mountain Song’ by Jane’s Addiction. Frontman Perry Farrell joined the band for the cover of the excellent track from ‘Nothing’s Shocking’. You can watch the full show below.
