Metallica axeman Kirk Hammett took a vigorous on-stage tumble and roll at a recent gig in South Dakota. Video evidence is below!
The metal overlords were rocking their classic track, ‘For Whom the Bell Tolls’ eight tracks into their set at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls when Kirk suddenly fell over while whigging out around the stage.
As if the embarrassment of taking a tumble in front of 13,000 fans wasn’t enough, drummer Lars Ulrich later took to Instagram to share video evidence of the tumble. Ever the funnyman, Lars wrote “Careful in Sioux FALLS (geddit!?).”
