23 musicians have come together, virtually, to create a music video cover of Elbow’s One Day Like This.
Tallaght musician Chris Keeley and his London friend Gavin Doyle pulled together some friends and local talent to contribute to their Live & Socially Distant - One Day Like This
Talking to Colm Hayes and Rebecca Horan Chris explained he asked their friends to record themselves performing the song, then worked for several hours each day for a week to create the six-minute music video that has an important, timely message - especially as we hit the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.
It was mixed over 59 tracks for 6 hours each day and members of Marshall and Morrissey and Wild Youth contributed to the piece, with Chris praising the level of local talent.
Chris has been staging live, online Saturday night gigs called Live and Socially Distant every Saturday night from 8.30pm on his Instagram.
