On the Thursday edition of The Tonight Show, Bob Dylan graced Fallon’s show with his first appearance in three years. It was by all accounts slightly surreal!
In the short clip, Dylan treats Fallon to a special performance by the Big Apple Circus. They view the acrobats as they sip on Dylan’s new whiskey line, Heaven’s Door. It’s all a bit otherworldly, especially as the folk icon is completely silent the whole time as Erik Satie’s “Gymnopédie No. 1″ can be heard in the background.
The clip concludes with Dylan strangely disappearing and Fallon asking whether it was all just a dream. Fallon wonders, “What was in that whiskey?” Check it out below:
