Bruce Springsteen is the latest rockstar to pay tribute to Prince. Since the news of his passing some of the leading names in the music industry have paid tribute to him.
At a gig in New York on Saturday night, Bruce Springsteen gave a passionate rendition of Prince's 'Purple Rain'. During his gig at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, the venue was bathed in purple light as Springsteen performed the cover.
Springsteen is just one of a number of artists who have recently paid tribute to Prince. Noel Gallagher recently dedicated his song 'Live Forever' to Prince at a gig in Glasgow, as he let the crowd sing the song.
Others who have paid tribute to Prince recently include Mumford & Sons who covered 'Nothing Compares 2 U' (a song made famous by Sinead O'Connor) & The 1975 who projected an image of Prince behind them at a gig in Santa Clara.
Bruce Springsteen will play one more night at The Barclays Centre in Brooklyn tonight before starting the European leg of his tour. This includes two huge dates at Croke Park in Dublin on the 27th and 29th of May. You can watch the video down below of Bruce Springsteen performing 'Purple Rain'.
