Lucy is best known for taking over a celebrity’s spare room and making them talk to her for her hugely popular show ‘Living With Lucy’ but now, the tables have turned, as she plays hostess with the mostess and invites some well-known faces for a staycation in her very own Guest House.
First up, is football legend Paul McGrath who chats to Lucy about his childhood memories, his beloved mother Betty, Jack Charlton and his own pride in wearing the Irish jersey. Paul and Lucy even get a game of table tennis in.
Commenting on featuring in the first episode, Paul McGrath said; “I had a fantastic day recently recording the episode and getting the chance to catch up again and chat with Lucy – she is a diamond & great fun ! It was strange to record the show in line with the new rules but we managed and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished product. Very sadly, my mum Betty passed away since we recorded the show and I would like to dedicate this episode to the memory of my beautiful mother”.
