Cavan band The Strypes called it a day in 2018. Now guitarist and vocalist Josh McClorey is going his own way and in a brand new direction. Crazy is his new single and it's out now.
Having launched his debut solo project last month with debut single 'Everything Was Easy', Josh says of 'Crazy': "It was the first track I ever wrote where I consciously thought about my own voice being on the finished product. Lots of love to you all".

As a band the boys were given some serious love from rock royalty. Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters fell in love with them, Elton John signed them to his Rocket Management label, they played across America on David Letterman’s TV show.
Following the break-up of The Strypes, Josh has been exploring a number of creative avenues, including collaborating with Yungblud on his single ‘Strawberry Lipstick’, and with Paul Weller on his new No.1 record ‘On Sunset’.
