Despite widespread speculation this week, country music star Garth Brooks wouldn’t be drawn on whether or not he has lined up shows in Ireland next year.
During an ‘Ask Garth‘ segment on his Facebook page, he read out a message from a Irish woman Mary Ryan who pledged her love for the Oklahoman, who in turn gushed very sincere feelings of ‘love‘ for her and for Ireland in turn.
She asked if he was going to play Ireland, ‘praying‘ that he would, saying she was ‘gutted‘ after the 2014 Croke park gigs were cancelled.
But good ol’ Garth stared awkwardly into the camera, thinking rapidly as to what to say, without giving an answer definitively, as his social media team laughed in the background.. wink, wink!
