Ulrich joined Jimmy Kimmel in surprising the healthcare worker as part of the "Health Care Hero" challenge on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Kimmel had Lars Ulrich surprise her with VIP tickets to a Metallica concert and their new album signed by everyone in the band.
She also received $10,000, plus gift cards for her co-workers.
