According to speculation, it seems that Paul McCartney is about to release a new album in a matter of days.
A video has surfaced of the Liverpudlian performing a brand new track called ‘Come Home to You‘ during his recent impromptu show at a small pub in Liverpool last week.
Speaking to the intimate crowd, McCartney said: “This hasn’t been released yet… It’s the first time we played it for anybody,” before they launched into a rockier upbeat sounding number.
According to The Daily Edition, McCartney will release a new album Friday presumably meaning June 15th. There has been no official word on the accuracy of this report yet or any announcement on the record’s title or track listing.
Last January when chatting with fans on his official website, McCartney commented that he was ‘putting the finishing touches’ on a new record, which would be his 17th solo studio album and his first since he released New in 2013.
