For the first time in 50 years, Neil Young performed 'Pardon My Heart'. You can check out this performance below.
The track comes from Young's 1975 album, 'Zuma', and had only been performed twice before. He had played it for the first time in May 1974 at a surprise late night set in New York, where he told the audience at the time: “This is a love song. It’s one of the saddest love songs I’ve ever heard".
Young had previously shared a video of himself performing, 'Silver and Gold' for the first time in 20 years. The video which was shared by the singer on Christmas Day, also showed him saying: “Is that our first fireside session?”.
Since then, Young has now shared a second 'fireside' session on his website, adding the caption: “Hello again folks. Pretty laid back versions here. This is our second fireside of the season….. Love to all of you. Peace".

Earlier this month, Neil Young launched his very own Christmas playlist, which includes 27 tracks, features wholesome footage of flaming logs in a fireplace, allowing music fans to enjoy the music without burning any fossil fuels.
The playlist also features classic hits from Young like Old Man, Heart of Gold, and Harvest Moon, as well asnine songs from Seven Gates: A Christmas Album, the 1994 collection by longtime collaborator Ben Keith. This was later rereleased as Xmas At The Ranch, which featured Young, Johnny Cash, J.J. Cale and others.
